For many small business and handmade shop owners, the line between “friends” and “clients” can be murky at best.  With the increasing business use of social media sites like Facebook and Twitter, what you as a business owner say, how you say it, and who sees what you’ve said, becomes that much more critical.

Facebook allows users to create lists of their Friends, and then designate privacy settings for those lists.
