Let’s face it: We all have been faced with the awkward dilemma where we don’t want to see a friend’s or fan page’s updates in our news feed, yet we can’t bring ourselves to fully detach.

Thank goodness for the added feature from Facebook to remain connected as a Friend or a Fan while unfollowing their updates.

How to Unfollow a Facebook a Fan Page

Step 1: Visit the specific fan page you want to unfollow.

Step 2: Locate the Like and Following buttons on the right side, beneath the cover photo.

Side note: Tweetdeck has had a universal filter feature for a while, and Facebook is set to roll out a way for people to hide all updates from a specific website.
